Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we can only accept
returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

that cannot be returned:

Items not in their original, sealed packaging.

Gift cards.

o  
Final sale or clearance items (this will be
specified on the product page).

2. Timeframe for Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to
initiate a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these simple steps:

1.     Email
our customer support team at sweetenterprises00@gmail.com with
your order number and a list of the item(s) you wish to return.

2.     Our
team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return
Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address.

3.     Carefully
package the unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

4.     Ship
the package back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be
responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet
the eligibility criteria.

·       If
the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method
of payment within 7 business days. You will receive an email
notification when this happens.

·       Please
note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive a damaged,

include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the
damaged or incorrect item(s) and the packaging.

·       We
will work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund or a
replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs for these specific
